Rental Rates:

1 Month -$525/mo + Taxes + Electric

3-5 Months - $500/mo + Taxes + Electric

4 month minimum stay is required during peak months November thru April

6 Months + - $475/mo + Electric

A Stay of 12 Months is negotiable

A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due in order to reserve site #12. (Deposit will be refunded at the end of rental period and after last electric bill is paid)

All Payments are required in full 30 days prior to arrival date.

Lot size is (34 x 68) with a (12 x 35) concrete RV pad, WILL ACCOMMODATE LARGE RIGS (8 x 35) concrete patio with a picnic table, and a concrete double driveway (18) feet wide parking for 2 large vehicles. There is extra parking at Club House if needed for guests.

Full hookups include 50-30-20 amp/water/sewer

Free WiFi throughout the park

A dish satellite is located on site to use if you have dish satellite service.

Site backs up to a wooded island for privacy and there’s a small tree on front side of lot.

RV’s must meet the requirements of Chassa Oaks RV Resort, being that they are at least 21 feet in length, have a clean and up to date appearance, and are well maintained.

Tents, Vans, Truck Campers and Pop-ups are not permitted. A list of rules and regulations will be supplied to you along with the rental agreement at time of sign up.

Resort Amenities: Clubhouse, Laundry, Heated Screened Pool, Workout Room w/TV, Kitchen, Library/Puzzle Room, Main room has two Large Screen TV’s, one for viewing regular TV and the other dedicated to Wii Gaming. We also have very Clean Restrooms and Showers.

Chassa Oaks RV Resort is a small friendly social group of renters and owners getting together for pot luck dinners, cards, puzzling, and crafts.

We are a pet friendly park but there are no Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, or Wolf Dog Breeds allowed and no more than two dogs per site.

Area Amenities: Homosassa Springs, Wiki Watchie Park, Flea Market, Fishing/Scalloping, with Groceries, a Walgreens, and Gas nearby. Walmart and a dollar store are just down the road. There is also a wide range of wonderful restaurants in the area.

Chassa Oaks is located at 11,000 S. Suncoast Blvd. RT 19, one mile south of RT 98
